How Sprinqs handles personal information when you visit our website, contact our team or book a business meeting.

Data-protection contact: hello@sprinqs.com.

Headquarters: Fatih Sultan Mehmet Mah. Balkan Cad. Meydan Istanbul AVM No: 62A, Ümraniye, 34771 Istanbul, Turkey.

Information we collect

The contact form asks for your name, company, e-mail, phone, subject and message. The form sends your submission to the team by e-mail and includes your IP address and the referring page. Please send only information needed for your business enquiry and avoid sensitive personal information.

Our hosting and e-mail services may also process technical connection and security information. If you enable analytics, Google Analytics 4 processes website activity and device/browser information. The Contact page shows an embedded Google Maps map, which loads from Google when you open that page. “Book Us” opens the Pipedrive scheduler on a separate website; information you enter there is used to arrange your meeting.

Why we use information and our legal bases

Business enquiries and meeting arrangements: our legitimate interests in responding to business contacts and managing customer relationships (UK/EU GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Where you personally are a prospective contracting party, steps you request before entering a contract may instead rely on Article 6(1)(b).

Website security and handling rights requests: legitimate interests in keeping our services secure, and legal obligations where applicable (Article 6(1)(c)). Optional analytics and device storage that require consent: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You can refuse or withdraw that consent without losing access to the website or contact form.

Providing enquiry details is voluntary, with no general legal requirement to submit this form. Without enough contact information we may be unable to answer or arrange a meeting. We do not use this website to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Who receives information

Authorised team members handling your enquiry, and providers supporting hosting, e-mail and meeting scheduling, may receive the information needed for those services. Google receives information when you open the Contact page, which shows its map, or when you enable Google Analytics. Pipedrive receives information when you use its external scheduler. Authorities or professional advisers may receive information where necessary for a legal obligation or claim.

Each external service also explains its own processing in its privacy notice. Opening an external website is separate from accepting analytics on Sprinqs.

International transfers

Our team operates in Türkiye and the United Kingdom. Hosting, e-mail, Google and Pipedrive services may involve processing in other countries. The company must confirm the actual service entities, processing countries and applicable transfer arrangements before activating services that involve restricted transfers.

Where required, transfers need an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as EU standard contractual clauses and UK transfer arrangements, together with the relevant assessment. This template does not confirm that any particular safeguard or adequacy decision already covers our providers. Ask our data-protection contact for the applicable countries, safeguards and a copy of the relevant safeguards.

How long information is kept

Enquiry and meeting information should be kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and the resulting business relationship. Legal record-keeping duties, unresolved complaints and the establishment or defence of claims may require longer retention. Technical records should be retained only for the security and operational purpose they serve.

The company must confirm its operational retention schedule. This notice does not claim a fixed retention period that has not been verified. Cookie and consent storage periods are explained on the Cookie Policy page.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier consent-based processing.

Right to object: you may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to direct marketing at any time.

Contact us using the details above. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. UK/EU GDPR requests are normally answered within one month; a permitted extension may apply to complex or numerous requests, and we will tell you if it does.

Complaints and regional scope

You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), to a competent EU supervisory authority, or to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr), as applicable. You can contact us first, but this does not remove your right to complain.

UK GDPR applies where processing falls within its territorial scope. EU GDPR may apply where activities intentionally offer goods or services to people in the EU or monitor their behaviour there; access to an English-language website alone does not establish this. B2B contacts who are identifiable individuals can still have data-protection rights.

If EU GDPR Article 3(2) applies without an EU establishment, the company must assess and, unless an Article 27 exemption applies, appoint an EU representative and publish their contact details. Appointment and contact details have not been confirmed for this template.
