Foam Nest combines a pocket spring unit and foam encasement in one production-ready core. The foam edge is cut to size and fitted around the springs before delivery, removing the need to prepare and attach separate foam rails during mattress assembly. It creates a stable outer edge, keeps the core at the required dimensions and provides a clean base for the next comfort layers. The spring unit, foam grade, foam width and finished dimensions can be developed for each mattress design. Less work. Faster assembly. One complete core, ready for production.
