Coil Nest creates higher spring density through a smarter arrangement. Instead of placing the pocket springs in straight rows, each row is offset so the springs fit closely into the spaces between the previous row. This nested layout allows more springs to be placed within the same area without reducing their diameter. More support points share the body weight, helping distribute pressure more evenly and creating a stable, responsive surface. Coil Nest brings greater spring density to mattresses and upholstered furniture through geometry alone.
