Every bonnell construction needs a felt layer between the springs and the comfort materials. Felted Bounelle makes this step easier by supplying the spring unit with felt already attached to one or both sides. There is no need to cut or attach the felt separately during mattress or upholstered furniture assembly. It stays correctly positioned, protects the materials around the spring unit and helps create a more consistent finished product. Less handling, fewer production steps and a simpler way to build.
